EBS is provided for authorised education administrators and staff to collect, manage, and report education data. You agree to:

• Use the platform only for its intended purpose
• Protect your login credentials and not share them with others
• Enter accurate and truthful data to the best of your knowledge
• Respect data confidentiality and only access data within your authorised scope

3. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Attempt to access data or features beyond your authorised role
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise system security
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Share or publish individual‑level data without proper authorisation

4. Intellectual Property

The EBS platform, including its design, code, and aggregated outputs, is protected by copyright. PACRA registration protects the system architecture and associated materials.

5. Disclaimer

EBS is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy and availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error‑free operation.

6. Account Termination

Administrators reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a security risk.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
